Sometimes life happens. We understand it can be necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled after the third strike, you will be charged a deposit for any future reservations. 

When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impact our other guests and hairdressers.

We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our hairdresser’s time as much as we try to respect yours.

*If you cannot get through to one of our team members, please leave a message that you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

We understand things can be unexpected. However, if you are running more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may have to be rescheduled.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late.  No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied. (See above policy)

If you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any needed adjustments to your hair within one week of your last appointment.

Please note that HAIRAJUKU  Salon does not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircuts or color.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you can exchange it within 30 days from purchase.

Due to safety considerations, children ages 12 and under are not permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service.

In the case of a child coming in to receive a service, to ensure the safety of the children and guests at HAIRAJUKU Salon, we will refuse service if a child will not sit still.

HAIRAJUKU Salon offers free parking ONLY for our guests and employees.

We love animals! However, NO animals or pets shall be allowed in the salon, with the exception of trained animals to assist the hearing impaired, visually impaired, or the physically disabled.
